Sony’s Paris Games Week Conference

The Sony’s Paris Games Week has bought numerous news for the gaming fans ranging from the release of exciting games to the announcement of future products or peripherals associated with the PlayStation line. The announcements have mainly focused on games pertinent to PS4 and VR-induced games. The following games have been announced by Sony for its platform:

  • Ghost of Tsushima

The production studio behind the development of this game is Sucker Punch that has been trying to revive in the market with its superhero series Infamous. The game, Ghost of Tsushima, has been defined as an open world game and would allow a large audience to interact with each other on the PlayStation platform. The game has been based on the feudal era in Japan but no release date has been announced by the game developers as of yet.

  • SPELUNKY 2

The veteran game with a glorious past is returning to the contemporary platform with a sequel designed especially to recall the memories of the past. The game like its predecessor is based on the adventures concerning the cave life. Till now, there has not been a major announcement regarding the features and release data of SPELUNKY 2.

  • The Gardens Between

This game has been based on the theme of friendship between two characters who embark on a journey of accomplishing missions and during the journey, they face a number of problems and tasks. The world of these boys is filled with humongous objects that make the game interesting. The puzzle-based game is expected to hit the market by the end of next year.

  • Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis

The single-player game is one of the few games that have an exact release date as confirmed at the conference by the game developers which is 13th December. The released trailer of the game has received positive reviews and adulation from the viewers. The game is story based and is expected to narrate a flawless plot.

 

  • The Hong Kong Massacre

The game has been produced by Captain Rouge Productions. The initial glimpses of the game give an insight that the story mode of this game would be phenomenal due to its graphics. The trailer features a lot of violent sequences between the characters. This game is anticipated to be one of the best action games in recent times. The game will be released in 2018.

  • Erica

During the conference, Sony announced that finally, its gaming consoles would be capable of connecting with the smartphones. This game is the first initiative taken in that wireless direction by the company. The use of PlayLink will allow the game features and options to be controlled using a smartphone which is its novelty factor. The game is live-action drama and will allow users to interact the characters of the game through the strong narrative in the story line.
